    Natural shade

This is the type that is easiest and convenient to master, since it gives you the best advantage of using only one light source to get this shade. It will add drama to your product when it appears barely visible under the product. The steps to apply this type of shadow are

First you must create a new layer and you must fill it with a white background
Now move this to the bottom.
Make a duplicate layer to have two layers in total.
Select the area and give it an elegant look by refining the edges.
Now is the time to create the mask that will depend on your selection.
Change the duplicate layer option to multiple using the upper left tab of the layer dialog box.
Now use that multiplied layer to create the mask.
To make everything smoother, you will surely use a brush with feathers and in the end you will flatten the layers.

    Parallel shadow

This is the shade known to give the illusion effect of the shadow of sunlight to the product. This shadow imitates it so well and gives a natural and real look to the image of the product. This style of shade works best on smaller items, such as purses and more flat bags.

The steps are

Compose new layer and make it fill with white background
Move this new layer to the bottom.
Secure the tight selection around the bag. Do not forget to refine the edges.
Form the mask according to the selection of the area.
Now to open the layer style window, double click on the portfolio layer.
A shadow appears in the shading box. Check that by opening it.
Adapt to the opacity according to your preferences adjusting it two or three times more if you do not obtain the appropriate combination.
Now you must change the angle of the shadow so that it adapts perfectly to the light source. Pay attention to this so that the distance and size match the direction, angle and distance of the light source.
    Click OK
Now complete the process with layer flattening.

     Reflection shadow

The third type of shadow is the reflection shadow used by photographers to give the image effect as originally produced on the reflecting surface. This adds drama to the product image by showing a vague reflection of the product.

The steps are

First create the layer and use a white background for that.
Move this layer as suggested in the two previous styles.
    Create the duplicate layer.
Select the area around the bag and refine the edges.
Now form the mask of your selection.
Invert the mask according to the selection, as if you have selected the background or the bag.
Now the next step requires the rotation of the duplicate layer of the purse by degrees 180 in such a way that one right side up and one upside down.
Now make the precise alignment to make the bag upside down, the reflection of the bag on the right side.
Add the mask and use the gradient tool after this. Also take care of the opacity.
Brush the sides and top of the bag and adjust the settings to give it a more natural look.
Now flatten the layers as the last step.

These three shadow techniques may seem difficult to apply, but once you practice them, they will not take more than the minutes of your time. Thank you.
